How we do this

We take a personalized approach using our personalized training app. Your training and nutrition goes with you on your schedule at any time and anywhere. Vacations, not a problem. Busy schedules, not a problem. Get the support you need 24/7, 365 days a year right from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Our personalized training app allows clients to gain a deeper perspective of their daily eating habits through our integrated macro tracking software and meal plan templates that are available at the click of a button. Our coaches can see your daily eating in real time so if you end up in a situation of needing help in your nutrition decisions we can help you in the moment make the best decision that is going to educate you, guide you, and support you when you need that support the most.

We teach you how to eat for your body and goals and how to maintain those results years after you’re done working with us. We want our clients to learn through real life experiences how to make better decisions when eating out or attending social events or vacationing / traveling because you aren’t going to work with a coach forever. We want you to gain all of the tools, education, and guidance you need so you can become as successful as possible in maintaining the results you worked so hard to achieve. We never want our clients to chase perfection only forward progression. You’re not going to track log and weigh food the rest of your life, who would want to live like that long term anyways? Let us help you build the tools you need to create a life of sustainable eating.

Your workouts are also available inside the same app. We have video demonstrations with detailed descriptions of each exercise you are performing so that you are never in a situation of panic or worry when it comes to your workouts. Our clients favorite part is it makes it more discrete especially for individuals that struggle with workout or gym anxiety. (home workouts are available as well.)

We believe that education is everything and we want our clients to learn why they are doing a specific exercise rather than just doing it to do it. We provide form corrections via zoom or facetime so our clients are successful and preventing injury at all costs.

Through our personalized training app you are able to track your progress and see your trends throughout your journey. Our clients love having this data available in a convenient space that only you and your coach have access to. We aim to respect the privacy of each client in their health and fitness journey and this is an additional feature that allows our clients to feel safe, supported, and secure in the privacy of their health and fitness experience.

We provide weekly zoom or facetime check in calls with our clients for accountability and support in their weight loss journeys. This is a 30 minute duration that allows you to bring all of your questions and get the support and guidance you need to hit your lifestyle / weightloss goals with the 1:1 face to face support you need to find the most success in your health and fitness journey. In addition we provide 2 group coaching calls a week where we show up as a team and are able to share, educate and grow together as a team and individuals in our personal weight loss journeys. If you ever miss a call we record all of them so you never miss an opportunity to get the support you need to become successful long term.
