"I'm down 15lbs and I'm only 12 weeks in!"
Sabrina came into Reform exhausted from trying to figure it all out on her own.
She had a crazy busy schedule. Most days she was either grabbing fast food between obligations or barely eating at all. There was no consistency, no structure, and no real plan she could actually sustain.
And like a lot of women, she had already tried coaching before.
But instead of support, she felt judged.
If she went off plan, she felt shamed. If she struggled, it felt like failure. And every attempt at nutrition left her feeling more restricted, more frustrated, and more disconnected from her body.
At one point, she was even told to eat 1,200 calories a day.
