Reform You Method

I am doing this not just for me but for my daughter!

Jenn Started the Right Program at the “Wrong” Time

Jenn didn’t come to Reform looking for another reset.
She had already spent decades doing that.

Since the age of ten, Jenn had lived in the cycle so many women know too well—diet to diet, quick fix to quick fix. Lose the weight. Gain it back. Repeat. Over and over again, she lost and regained the same 30 pounds, each time feeling more frustrated, defeated, and disconnected from her body.

Eventually, the weight of that cycle caught up to her in a way she could no longer ignore.

Jenn hit her rock bottom after experiencing a pulmonary embolism—a blood clot in her lung—caused by a sedentary lifestyle. She was young. She was a mom. But her body made her feel decades older.

Physically depleted. Emotionally exhausted. Slipping into depression.
Her health no longer felt like something she could “deal with later.”

Then her father-in-law passed away due to health complications.

And something shifted.

The Moment Everything Changed: “I Can’t Keep Waiting.”

Jenn didn’t start this journey for herself.
She started it for her daughter, Maddie.

She realized she didn’t just want to lose weight—she wanted to stop passing down the same struggles, fears, and patterns she had lived with her entire life. She wanted to be an example. She wanted to break the cycle of generational hand-me-downs around health, food, and self-worth.

Jenn is the first to admit she didn’t start at the “ideal” time. Life was busy. Things were hard. But she also knows this:

Waiting is what kept her stuck for years.

“If I had waited any longer for the right time, I never would have started.”

Her biggest regret?
Not starting sooner.

The Process: Building a Life, Not Just Losing Weight

When Jenn joined Reform, we were her last option—like so many women who come to us after trying everything else.

What she found wasn’t another restrictive plan or temporary push.

She found a way to build a lifestyle that worked with her life instead of against it.

She learned how to fuel herself without giving up the foods she loves.
She learned how to move consistently without burning herself out.
She learned how to make fitness fit into her real life—work, motherhood, and everything in between.

And most importantly, she learned how to stop starting over.

The Transformation: So Much Bigger Than the Scale

Jenn is now down over 60 pounds—more than 20 pounds beyond what she had lost when she first shared her story.

But her weight loss is the least interesting part of her transformation.

Jenn became the woman she always said she wanted to be.

She found the confidence to build her business and go all-in on her dream career—something her weight and self-doubt had held her back from for years. She became more present, more active, and more engaged with her daughter. She learned to set firmer boundaries, ask for her needs to be met, and stop shrinking herself to make others comfortable.

For the first time in her life, Jenn wears shorts.
She wears a bikini with confidence.
She built the wardrobe she always dreamed of instead of hiding behind clothes meant to make her invisible.

Last year, Jenn won a top performer award at her company—something she directly credits to finally saying yes to her health.

The Outcome: A Life She No Longer Has to Escape From

Jenn didn’t just lose weight.
She reclaimed her life.

She proved to herself that she could change—not through punishment or perfection, but through consistency, support, and self-respect. She stopped waiting for the “right time” and started showing up as the woman she wanted her daughter to see.

Her story is proof that you don’t need perfect circumstances to change your life. You need a decision—and the right support behind it.

Jenn chose herself.
And everything else followed.
